For our conversions, we exclusively utilize VW Transporters as our base vehicles. There are two primary reasons for this choice. Firstly, VW's reputation for build quality speaks for itself. Secondly, VW essentially pioneered the campervan concept. Their vans are crafted with the same precision and attention to detail as their cars, setting them apart from other options on the market. From the quality of the materials to the tactile feel of the controls, every aspect of the VW Transporter exudes excellence.

At Jöbl Design, quality and craftsmanship have been at the forefront of our ethos since day one. We're proud to be one of the few converters in the United Kingdom to hold NCC accreditation for both our T6 and T6.1 conversions.

NCC approval signifies our unwavering commitment to customer safety. Campervans approved under the NCC Product Approval scheme are certified as safe and legal for use on UK roads. This scheme is unique in Europe as it ensures complete compliance with rigorous health and safety standards set by both the British Standards Institution (BSI) and the European Standards body CEN.

Inspections are conducted on-site at our manufacturing premises, with between 500 to 600 individual points checked on each conversion, depending on its specifications. These inspections are complemented by thorough examinations to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant criteria.

Not Every Campervan Is The Same. While it may be challenging to discern at first glance, NCC-approved converters offer industry-leading conversions, and we firmly believe that settling for anything less would be a compromise. Our NCC approval underscores our commitment to providing you, the consumer, with a conversion that meets the highest standards of compliance and quality.
