In January 2020, our entire family embarked on a journey to Southeast Asia. From the Mersing Jetty, we traveled more than 100 miles to Singapore's bustling financial hub in a Nissan Elgrand. It was during this trip that the idea for SUGOI CAMPERS was born. Inspired by our adventures, we returned to the UK and purchased a Nissan Elgrand, intending to transform it into our own mobile adventure.
With a passion for camping and decades of experience in the automotive industry, we decided to venture into van conversions. Drawing from our Asian heritage and the diverse culture of Singapore, we selected the name SUGOI, which means 'awestruck' in Japanese, to reflect the excellence of our products.
