OUR HISTORY
Sussex Campervans originated from the vision of Daniel and Rebekah Lopez-Ferreiro, a venture born out of their dissatisfaction with standard van conversions. Daniel's dissatisfaction with off-the-shelf van conversions sparked a series of design improvements, eventually leading to the establishment of Sussex Campervans. Their journey began in 2012 when they acquired a site in Horsham, steadily expanding to meet growing demand.

Whether selecting from our existing inventory or opting for a custom build in our Horsham workshops, our campervans bear our signature stag and swoosh graphics on the road.
Purchasing a Sussex Campervan is just the beginning - we maintain ongoing relationships with the majority of our customers, sharing and celebrating their adventures. Our dedicated AfterCare Team provides support for any inquiries, along with warranty and servicing options for every campervan we produce.
At the forefront of innovation in the campervan industry, Director Daniel Lopez continually explores new ideas to enhance the campervanning experience. Despite challenges such as the pandemic, 2020 marked the introduction of our first all-electric campervan, offering an eco-conscious option for sustainable travel, with further advancements underway to incorporate cutting-edge technology.
OUR TEAM
Our team comprises over 20 skilled craftsmen, mechanics, upholsterers, fitters, and vehicle technicians, each contributing their expertise to every campervan project. Many team members have designed and built their own campervans, bringing invaluable knowledge to our creations. Additionally, we collaborate with top local subcontractors for final touches like graphics, accessories, and thorough valeting before handover.
Our Client, AfterCare, and Management Team oversee all aspects of the campervan experience, ensuring exceptional service from initial contact to long-term support.
Since 2021, Sussex Campervans has embarked on a LEAN journey, inspired by Toyota's operational model, prioritizing value creation and waste reduction while empowering employees to enhance work processes and environments.
